Talked with David Straw in the RV parts department of Lichtsinn Motors today . . . he was very helpful in getting me the parts I need and he is refreshingly pleasant and polite.

Thanks, David!

I agree -- Lichtsinn parts folks are great. In fact, I liked them so much, I bought my next coach from them (and found that the sales and service folks are great as well).

Nice to deal with straight shooters.

If every Winny dealer around the country did even one half of the great job Lichsinn does we would all be alot better off. Kudo's to Ron Lichsinn and his staff.

Great timing. I sent them an email over the weekend re some stuff for the coach and had a reply from David early Mon. He had to get answers from Winnie. Today, unprompted, I get another email from him telling me that he was still on the case but waiting on Winnie. Then a few minutes ago he had all the answers.

Very Impressed.

I emailed them on FRiday night about a part and had a reply first thing on Monday morning. They are very professional and did some research for me. Even with dealers close by, I will order from them a lot better service.
