Hi Don - We are the ones on the other thread that just installed a Burr Handy-Lift.
Here's the link to our photos
BURR Handy Lift
We had some installation issues because of how high we had to go (55" floor to ground), position of door awning, and window. Only thing I have to remember is to duck going in/out of the door

All the issues were taken care of by our installer CRM. We were fortunate they not only knew RVs but were a metal fabricating shop as well. Total cost was very reasonable.
Have only driven it from the installer back to our site but didn't hear any noise/rattles. Amazingly it sticks out less than our mirrors so no problem there.
If your wife can stand steady this will change her, and your, world. This does not accomodate chairs or scooters.
We'd be happy to answer any questions...just ask.
Marilyn & Steve
