Looking for experienced opinions here. I have a 03 Horizon 36 with about 40,000 miles. Am planning on installing Goodyear G670s this summer for several of the starndard reasons. Also planning on installing Koni shocks. Smlranger's comments have finalized those two decisions. The one issue I have that those two installs will not solve is caused by trucks and cross winds. My coach is great to drive on all roads and in all condition except moderate to high cross winds and quartering head winds. Those 20+ knot cross winds are very tiring. Also have minor wander from passing trucks due to their bow wave. After doing several hours of research on that issue I have found Safe-T-Steer, Steer Safe, Safe-T-Plus, Blue Ox Tru Center and Davis Tru Trac Bars. I am sure there are others. From experience what have others found when using these add-ons to combat cross winds? I have also looked into 3-Ts packages and have decided that an 1800 mile round trip would not be the best use of my time or money nor do I want to have them shipped to me.

A Henderson Trac-Bar on your rear end should solve you problem. If you lookup DriVers suspenion upgrades you will see how to install all that you have mentioned the Topic is in the Workhorse forum they will work on Fords also.

I'm not so sure if a Henderson will work on a Freightliner but you can give Mike Bronzini a call at Brazel's RV Performance. Technical support and or think tankin' doesn't cost anything PLUS you can talk one on one with an expert.
