I haven't heard anything good or bad about them. I have given up on Freightliner around here. I take it to Gaffney SC to the Freightliner plant for service. You can't ask for any better service than you get there.

I don't have any issues either. I just take it there for the annual service. It's a nice trip and I use it as an excuse to go down there lol

I don't have the time this year but that sounds like a plan.

How long to you have to plan ahead to get an appointment?

Thanks!

I usually call 4-5 months a head of time to make an an appointment. I don't know how soon they get filled up but you can call and see what time they have open. The ones that does the service are the ones that built them in the factory and are the most reasonable on cost I have found. Their customer service is second to none. They also have free parking with electric at the sites, water and dump is available there.
