Headlights and Foglights for 2004 Suncruiser 33V

Have on 04 Itasca Suncruiser 33v. Headlights have fogged and at this point no amount of cleaning or tricks (toothpaste) is getting them clear and keeping them clear. Also one of the fog lights has a hole in it from a rock. Does anyone happen to know if these lights are off a domestic car or truck and can therefore be gotten cheaper or do I have to breakdown and reach out to Winnebago and pay the $$$.

I googled the number from the bottom of the headlight and hound out it was off a GMC Acadia. If you have a number on the headlight that may be the way to figure out what headlight you have.
Also had bad fogging. Called a company here called Dr. Headlight and they use a process of chemicals and sanding. Then air brush on a chemical sealer and they look brand new.
