Our 2012 Tour has aqua-hot heat, but not in floor heat. The heat comes from radiators with fans at floor level, and works nicely, but the floors, at least on ours, is not radiating heat.

Our 2013 Ellipse does NOT have heated floors. If you crank up the heat in the basement, the floors will warm up, except in the back bath. And yes, the tile is very cold.

Regardless of what the dealer told you, there has never been true 'heated floors' in the Tour or Ellipse. The warmth you feel in the floor is heat conducting through the floor from the bay heaters. They are decent size heat sources so that heat radiates up. If you are where its gonna be cold, keep the bay heater thermostat cranked up and you will enjoy the benefits of a heated floor! Happy Motoring!

Let me first say we love the Tour QD but don't own one. What we do have is a coach with heated tile floors throughout the coach.
Last night for example it got down to 35 degree's (I know not that cold) but with only the heated floors on our coach was 65 degree's inside at 5am when I got up. You just have to love it.
