We're temporarily fulltiming in our mh while our house is being built. When I arrived home from work this afternoon I noticed that the engine battery was dead. So, just to charge it I started the engine using the battery boost. The engine started fine but now there is a really annoying buzzer buzzing from around the dash area. Even with the engine off it is still buzzing. Does anyone know how to turn the blasted thing off or am I gonna have to start yanking fuses until it stops, or even disconnect the battery? I'll try to get ahold of a dealer tomorrow, but it's too late tonight. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Well...the crisis has been resolved. After unplugging all...yes all connections under the dash, it turns out the leveling jacks control panel was locked up. It was the buzzer from that same panel that was making all the racket. Well after unpluging those connections and reseting that panel, the siren was silenced. I've read alot about gremlins in these dash panels, and I guess this was just one of those, because everything appears to be operating normally now.

Hi Rob,
I would not have had a clue, and I admire your persistence!

Unfortunately I didn't have a choice. I didn't want to have that thing screaming all night long. Originally I sould have noticed that something was wrong with the leveling jack control panel, because none of the lights were illuminated. Oh well, it's fine now.
