Help with pictures please

Help how do you upload pictures to your post or add one under your name when you post I can not do this when I click on new photo album it tells me that I do not have permisson to wven look at it. can someone point me in the right location so that I can get this to work wanted to post the pictures of pressurs pro monitor and jotto desk that I just purchased to get comments about the best way to install them before I started to pull apart motorhome.
