High hat hub covers

I recently purchased an '06 Adventurer on a chev workhorse chassis. Since it was missing rear hub covers, the dealer gave me some after-market "high-hats" that are supposed to be held on by a spring affair that is banded onto the axle. On my first trip, one went bye-bye and the other wobbles and causes some nut covers to come off. Obviously, they are not good. Do any of you know where I can purchase true "high-hat" covers for the Accuride 22.5 aluminum wheels with 8 lugs? I have checked several web sites and one or two chrome accessory suppliers, but I only find covers for 10 hole wheels.
Thanks

My Spartan chassis w/22.5" Accuride wheels came with "high hats" that are secured with spring tension from "fingers" that are banded around the axle hubs. They have done great for over 60k miles... Maybe a couple of times a year I can pop them against the hub and take up a little slack, but they stay very secure.

I installed these Phoenix USA on one of my trucks and on my Workhorse as well. I have to make the notches for the lug nut covers just a bit bigger because the Alcoa style covers are just a tad too big for a tight fit. I'm not concerned about them rusting like chrome ones would because they are stainless steel.
