Has anyone rebuilt their door stop mechanism?

I have removed the front door panel and found the stop pin floating around inside the door with a very bent slide bar. Got a new slide bar but and found a rubber stop pad and aluminum angle bracket that fits on the slide bar - which has no rhyme or mechanical reason where they would do any good on the slide bar.

The Winnebago diagrams in their PDF file requires I enlarge their pictorials 300% to hone in on the assembly, but makes it unreadable.

If anyone has a photo of their door stop mechanism or diagram - please share it ?

Thanks,

Happy Miles!

Sam: I changed out that door stop and posted pictures in my album. Check if you can under my sign in name gary ca.

The rubber stopper fits on the door shaft end, then the flat bent metal stock, the pen holds it in place.

I will try to bring the picture in this post.door stop

I'll try again, or PM me.

Thanks for the GREAT pictures!!!

I installed the parts where they belong, and I find that my dooe opens approximately 120 degrees.

I was under the assumption it was supposed to only allow 90 degree opening. Is this true?

Thanks for the advice !
