Looks like your post has had a lot of looks, but no replies, so I'll throw my 2 cents in just for starters.
You say that pushing the flush lever doesn't do anything, so I suggest that you find out if there is water pressure to the toilet. You will need to turn off the water supply to the MH first, then get to the water line connection at the toilet, and see if you can remove it.
With the hose held over a container, have someone slowly turn on the water supply. Do you have water there?
If so, the flush valve in the toilet is the culprit. If not, you need to work back to the source for that line to the toilet. Visually trace where is goes, and see if there is something amiss.
It might be better to start troubleshooting in the reverse order, as you MAY not need to disconnect that water line, if you find your problem up-stream.
