I just replaced my hot water check valve at the back of the tank but the o-ring gasket is warn and leaks. Is this something readily available from a hardware store or a specialty item. Just pulled in for the night and noticed no hot water flow. I had a spare valve but it leaks at the plastic elbow. The o-ring seal is in bad shape. Can't run water. Please advise. Desperate. Thanks
