Does this idea make any sense or am I off base. Having owned two Winny's over the years, I find myself going all over town just to find a $2.00 light bulb for the this or that. Today I went to 9 different places to find the small replacment light bulb for the courtesy lights located at the bottom of the cabinets that shine on the floor at night. Never did find them so ordered from my dealer but spent $15.00 in gas. Sssssssooooooo, wouldn't it be nice that when you bought a new coach, Winny or any manufacturer would supply a complete light replacement kit for your coach. All the bulbs eiher in or on the coach would have at least one replacement and the bulb replacement number. Myself, I would be willing to pay up to $100.00 for this kit just for the convenience....would you?

Good thinking 99! However I think you picked the hardest bulb to replace. I think you will find all the others are available at either auto or hardware stores. I generally try to keep a spare of each type then replace it when I use it so I am not in a hurry to get a bulb when one blows.

My only problem with that would be that if I bought such a kit, I would NEVER blow another light. Sort of like carrying an umbrella so it will never rain.

I think it's a great idea.

When I took my first trucking job, they issued each driver a "Light Kit" it was a blow molded plastic case with a couple of each type of bulb and fuse the tractor had in it. During the PM the company would check it, and re fill what was needed.

I for one would not be interested in paying $100.00 to Winnie or any one else for a few extra light bulbs in a kit. There isn't a bulb in the coach that cannot be bought at a good auto supply house or an electrical supply when needed. The salvage yards have those little floor lights by the hundreds and will ship.
