How do you get Splendide out to service it?

We have a model #WD802M Splendide combo. Westland tells me to remove the top on the washer. How do you get the washer out to remove the 4 screws they refer to and get to the back of the unit? We have a 1999 UF diesel pusher. The washer is a vented washer and probably of 1999 vintage. Westland says it's the pressure switch causing the washer to stop at each stage of washing. Any ideas?

I'm not familiar with a UF but if its a Winnebago model you may get more answers in the Winnebago forum. If that's the case and you don't get any response under the class A forum, ask one of the moderators to move your thread.

On mine there are two screwed-down brackets which capture the front feet of the washer/dryer. I also have a small lift-up access panel in the shelf over the machine that lets me get at the drain hose and flexible vent tubing.

After removing the two brackets, loosening the hose clamp on the vent tube and unhooking the drain hose from the drain pipe the machine can be slid out. Be careful, it's quite heavy! I actually made a wooden 'table/cart' of just the right height to pull the machine out onto.

I can't say for sure how yours is setup, but I expect that it's something similar.
