How to watch Apple TV on the outside entertainment system

Our 2011 Tour has a box inside that allows me to select Air/Cable/Aux for each of the 3 TVs. I have an HDMI cord above the living room TV, plugged it into the Apple TV, changed the source on the TV to HDMI and I was watching Apple TV :-)

Now I go to the outside unit, change the source, try all 3 options on the selector box, but no go. Can't see the Apple TV outside :-(

Do you happen to know how to connect Apple TV so I can watch TV outside?

If it is like our 2012 tour we have an extra HDMI input in the cabinet over the passenger seat. We have the JD model so it may be in a different place from yours. We plug the apple box into that and select it that way by using the switching system.

Thank you, I'll give that a try.
