HVAC Fan Cutting Off

Running A/C and cooling normally -- the fan is set to Auto, Hi speed. Every once in awhile the fan stops blowing air for a second -- literally off and on with just a slight pause. Filter is clean. Suggestions?? I'm at a complete loss when it comes to HVAC and electric motor issues.

I believe I've answered my own question -- we're connected to a 30 amp circuit at the 'stix n/ brix' and the Energy Management System (EMS) was reducing the load. Turned off everything but the A/C and all is well. Our last day at the 'stix n/ brix' as we'll be leaving tomorrow -- house is on the market and we are 'houseless' -- what a great feeling! Going to a local campground until we finish a few things around the house/yard.
