Im sure this may have been covered , but I cant find it on a search
I need the procedure for removing a hydraulic solenoid with out the disaster I had last time
FLUID EVERYWHERE
I called HWH, don't get me wrong they ARE GREAT, they just take forever to get back to you..........I need to pull off one of the solenoids to send it back , one of the wires is out of it ( belive it happened when the shop pressure washed the engine ) I don't think I can repairrr that , so Im going to send it back to HWH
Thanks

I've not had the pleasure of removing a solenoid for the rooms yet, but if it is a jack solenoid just open the T handle (or 1/4 inch nut) and that should release any residual pressure. The jacks are not pressurized when stored, although the pressure can build up some due to temperature expansion.

The room slides are different I believe. One or both sides are always under pressure. My thought would be to open the 1/4 inch nuts on both the extend & retract solenoids for the slide your working on. But then again, I've not had to do it yet. Hopefully someone who has will post.
