HWH Levelers on a View problem

I had HWH Levelers installed at CW Tacoma. My system up light and buzzer only works about half the time. The red lights on the plate are on. I would like this to work. CW said it worked when they looked at it so no help there.
I am so tired with stuf that works at the service center but not when it got home.
I will try to fix this when I get it home from the dealer, not CW who is working on my AC that blows cool when it's cool but not when it hot.
If anyone has had this issue please advise

If you have an owners manual , for your HWH system , could you add the series number of the system to your post. May help find another member with similar issues.

That CW has a shining 2.0 average out of 5.0 after over 60 reviews on Google. Why don't you look for a more competent group of mechanics to trust your RV to? There are a few in your area. Good shops can find causes without having to duplicate the symptom.

Coffie drink, I'm sure that having the levelers installed by CW was not inexpensive and therefore you may be stuck with them to make the system right under their shop warranty. But, like others have suggested, I wouldn't take my rig back to them in the future. As one vendor from HWH stated, "The techs at camping world may well have been selling shoes two weeks ago."

If you go to HWH's website, they list some Master Service Centers. Unfortunately, the closest one to you is in Central Point Oregon.

There are several threads on the air conditioning issue that you experiencing...take a look.

I once had an install issue with CW with a prior coach. I sent an email from their corporate website with the details of the transaction and store number. I was promptly contacted by the store manager and they refunded the installation cost. I promptly went to another RV shop and had the work completed. Give the complaint via the CW website a shot.
