I haven't had any issues before, but I placed my MH in my driveway and placed 10" blocks under the front levelers. It appears that the tank burped out a small amount of fluid. Is there a limit on how high a block should be?

I looked at the top of the tank and it was wet and no place else except for where it ran down the sides. The main difference between this time and every other time was the height of the blocks. Usually I only place about 1-2" worth. Thought I would save my levelers...

The HWH system has no idea nor does it care how high a jack pad is or for that matter even if they are of equal height. I would urge you to look closer at the solenoids above the tank. I think you will find your problem there.

JWatkins;

I believe KIX has given you good advice. I had a similar problem and I found a leaking hose connection. I tightened it and all is well.

It sure looked like the culprit was the breather cap. I will look again after I clean it up a bit and see what you are suggesting. Thanks.

About the only way fluid will come out the breather/fill cap is if the reservoir was overfilled.
On the other hand a seal leak in a solenoid can just have a few drips and not leak again. What usually causes this is debris in the fluid getting pinched in the o-ring. If the system is cycled a time or two it sometimes moves the debris on down the line.

Also, there are 4 little caps on the top of the manifold that have rubber "O" rings to seal them and can leak there. Mine did on only one of them and it was such a fine spray when leveling that it was hard to see. Replaced the "O" ring on the leaking one and everything has been fine for 2-3 years now.
