Infotainment center on brand new 38Q is dead

60 minutes after I drove my brand new Itasca Suncruiser 38Q off the LaMesa lot in Sanford, FL the screen on the Infotainment center died. No manual was included with the rig but I found one on the web. The manual does not address this problem

I have checked the fuses, pushed all the buttons, used the coach and the chassis batteries. Nothing helps. There are two red lights next to the CD slot, so I inserted a CD. The system pulled it in. However, the CD does not play and it cannot be ejected.

What am I missing? Is there a fix I am unaware of, or do I have a defective unit?

arneinfloria, I would say bad unit or a plug came apart in the back of the unit. Not easy to get access to the back of the radio.

I too have a problem with the Infotainment system in my new Winnie. However, my issue is a little different then yours. Mine locks up with a displayed error msg on the screen.
I contacted Riverpark, the unit supplier, but they were slow to respond with some reset procedures, and in the meantime I returned my Winnie to the dealer for some post purchase warranty repairs, among them the Infotainment issue. The dealer was given some tests to preform on the unit by the supplier which the unit failed, so we have a new infotainment system on order under warranty.
So bottom line, take the rig back to the dealer and let them/Winnebago repair it.
