I have read many posts in the past about using an insulating mat to reduce the noise/heat from the doghouse. Neither is extreme in our coach, but quieter and cooler would be nicer. I believe I recall dynamat being recommended many times. Can anyone tell me where I can get the stuff and the average cost to do a typical doghouse?

Thanks for the link. I see that the dynamat purchased in that thread was from Summit Racing, do you know if that is the cheapest source for the product?

I don't know if they are the cheapest but they deliver fast. I followed FrontRangeRVer's advice and installed the Dynamat in my coach. Took about 2 hours and came out just like a pro would have done it. The results were noticeable. No heat what so ever on the Doghouse cover and noise was reduced but not totally eliminated. Money well spent in my opinion.
