Insurance

I'm looking for information on insurance that would provide a qualified person to drive a motorhome back to a place of residence in the case of a drivers inability to drive the coach. Is there anyone out there with this type of insurance?

"Most" automotive policies already provide policy coverage to the owner regardless of who the driver is. This assumes the driver has the owner's permission to be driving the vehicle. If the driver were to be sued as a result of an accident, then HE might need some personal coverage, hopefully provided by his own policies.

If you are asking for a policy that will provide a driver, then I think you should look at the FMCAssist program offered as a member benefit by FMCA. That is what that program is intended to do.

There is a company named Sky-Med that has that type of insurance. I think Coach Net also offers it.
