Has anyone had a problem with the TV cable running from the input jack to the front switch box. Ours developed an intermittent short, at 1st thought it was the campground's cable, but the last time out, I by-pass the cable between the input jack and the cable switch box, and everything worked fine.

I began trouble shooting the Journey's TV Cable problem... After a short amount of time, I decided to 'simply' install a new cable. Well that's easier said than done. I took a several things apart, crawled inside cabinets (I don't really fit in them well), and had difficultly trying to route a new cable from the back to the front, where I thought it should go, so stopped that approach. Thought I'd opening up stuff inside and traced out where the cable actually runs from the other end. WOW, they run it all over the place, very, very difficult (impossible would be more like it) to install a new cable following the existing routing. So went to place B, once I found how the cable was routed, and figure out which cable was which (there are several) I cut the cable at the point where it come through the floor behind the washer/drier. Found out the cable from there to the front was good, good thing since that would have been impossible to replace that section. The section of cable that ran to the input jack was bad. So I ran a new cable from the input jack to behind the washer drier. While it wasn't easy, and took a while to run, I was able to get a new cable installed. It was a bigger job than I expected and one I hope you don't have to tackle.
