Yes and no, some do have an inverted outlet at the refer if the inverter is big enough. Look at the plug for refer power it may be marked inverter or use a power test on it with inverter on and off. Another way is to leave refer on auto turn inverter on look at indicator on refer and see if it is on propane or 120, this with the RV not plugged into shore power. One other way is to turn on inverter walk out to the refer and either do a visual on the propane flame or listen for the flame being on, if it remains off when inverter is on then it's using inverted power.
