Itasca Sunstar 27n

Bought our 2015 Itasca Sunstar 27N new. Ours has a couch rather than the dinette. First trip out the track under the couch was broken and a piece gouged a 14 inch strip in the Lino.Winnebago discontinued that Lino but are replacing it with the 2017 vinyl that looks like hardwood.
Also first trip out, the sweep on the closet slide was not installed properly allowing water into the coach. It rained that first trip out and enough water came in to soak right through to the bottom of the mattress. (Didn't see it until we got home) Winnebago is replacing the mattress. The dealership installed the sweep and tested for leaks. We haven't had rain since so trust it works.
The drivers side cabin window moulding was installed crooked and the window did not close properly causing it to rattle and whistle when driving. Winnebago has agreed to replace the entire window unit.
Hopefully that's the last of it!

Thanks. Our dealership (carefree coach and rv in Edmonton Alberta) has done a great job getting the warranty work done.

Happy travels with your new coach. Make sure you test everything real soon. Break out the Owners manual and test it all per the manual.
then make your list or fix it your self from there.
