I have an 08 Voyage 32H. I have a jacknife type couch with removable arm rests on each side. Well we(wife) finally broke the plastic L shaped plastic that holds the arm rest in place. After numerous calls to Winnebago Factory I found a part. I had to go through my local dealer (La Mesa RV). They informed me that the black plastic piece would cost $110.00 each plus tax and shipping. Unbelievable. Needless to say that's not happening.
Sooooo I am asking for brainstorming help to fabricate another piece of sturdy material. I need an L shaped piece that is about 4" attached to the armrest and 6" that slips into the side and holds the armrest in place. The width is 9" the thickness is about 1/4" or less.

Explore purchasing a piece of steel flat stock that meets your thickness and width requirements, cut to length and bend a 90degree bend in it. Tractor Supply, Lowe's, Ace Hardware, or Home Depot should have it for sale.
