Jackknife sofa replacement

2011 Navion K model sofa opens to a twin bed. Contacted Winnebago for replacement. New bed 70" x 48". I was told the Winnebago address at Forest City for the new sofa is on South Forest St. Unfortunately there is no South Forest St. Does anyone know the address for getting work done at the Winnebago factory in Forest City, Iowa?

Forrest City is a small town and you won't have any trouble finding your way around.

Note that if the service center parking area is full they will give you a pass to park across the highway in the rally grounds. That is where we prefer to park anyway.
