2004 Vectra- cranked up this morning, pushed store button on jacks, air bags filled up, jacks stayed down. Slides came in and go out fine. Jacks will go down, tried to raise jacks manually, nothing. Went down under coach, opened valves, jacks stay down. Any ideas, no answer from HWH or Winnebago.

We have the same coach. Try recycling again from the beginning. Sometimes things are just "off" sequence and you have to start over. Try doing it without starting the engine.

Agree with glenda. Shut down engine, bring in slides, then push the 'store' button and see what happens. When we got our current rig, the tech at the dealer was specific in his instructions to retract and store the jacks...'store the jacks, let the HWH system shut itself off, then start the engine.'

Don't know where you are BillyS but if you are in a COLD Area then possibly your Jacks are frosted to the surface of the Earth.
Had it happen to us a couple times.
Pry the pads up while the System is in STORE and hope for the best.

Good Luck

Thanks for the replies, I am in Harlingen, Tx, no frost yet, but it was cool this morning. Will check the shuttle valve in the morning.
