Jacks retract, but jack light stays on and beeper keeps beeping?

I have a 2012 Itaska Meridian and the jacks will retact but the jaks down light stays on and at the first bump or stop sign the beeper starts. Where are the sensors?

Just went through this last week. Have a 2015 Meridian.
Called company and they were great and walked though a lot of trouble
shooting. Finally tested battery and found voltage was low after having charged for some time. They were the original chassis batteries. Replaced and no more problems. I should say they warning message we got said " emergency retract" and the jacks were up.

Check your jack fluid tank level when your jacks are fully retracted. Most use Automatic Transmission Fluid which will expand when temperatures get warm causing some to overflow from the fluid tank and then contract when the temperatures get colder resulting in the fluid level being just below the tank minimum level sensor. The type of ATF used varies by jack manufacture.

X2 on this we had the same issue. Jack's all the way up but alarm was going. The fluid was low due to a slight leak at a seal.

If HWH Jack's, are you sure they are really up all the way? It's common for them to not come up the last 1/4" or so. Periodic cleaning of the cylinder shafts is needed.

To get retracted for now. Extend - spray with WD40 - retract. Or. Use something to lever to jack fully retracted.

Then follow cleaning instructions. This is what HWH has to say about maintaining their jacks using WD40. http://www.hwhcorp.com/ml47149.pdf

Ditto... small enough leak on just one of the Power Gear jacks to where it might take months before the ATF level drops enough to trigger the alarms... then just put a little bit in the reservoir and problem solved... except for the slow leak at one or more of the seals.
