Jacks still making a popping sound

When I use the leveling jacks, they make a popping sound as we walk around the coach. I thought the jacks may be breaking small pebbles but I added plastic pads under the jacks and they still make the annoying sound. It seems that all of the jacks are randomly making the sound. It almost sounds like the jack mounting bolts are slipping ever so slightly as if they were mounted with no load and the weight of the coach is trying to remove the "slop" in the bolt holes?

Any ideas?

We have an Itasca Sunova 30B and occassionally get noise out of the jacks when used. I have put it down to, an "intermitent creeping jack cylinder". This problem seems to be occurring only on the right side jacks. One way to check is to put a felt pen mark on the cylinder rod and monitor the mark. If it moves the rod is moving into the cylinder.

Sometimes the solenoid valves don't seal 100% or air gets into the system and the jacks do creep over time. If it has become excessive call HWH and they will help you trouble shoot the root cause and get them back in order.

Check your fluid levels in your holding tank for jacks could be low.

Mine have done that three times. It has only occurred when a pair of jacks is extended almost to the end of their travel. It seemed to happen as the outside temp cooled down at night.
