We are new to Winnebago products.
When in heat mode is there a damper like on an automobile to change airflow from dash vents to the floor vents?
On ours the only way to get it on the floor is to close the dash vent doors. So our heat damper may be stuck or not changing.

The airflow switches from dash vents to defrost vents so that damper is working correctly.

I have also noticed when the heat is on, the AC condenser fan cycles on and off. Is this normal?

I'm making my punch list to take back in for warranty work but wanted to learn from the experience of other Journey owners.
Thanks, Ed

Posting the year model of the coach might help get accurate answers.

My dash control clearly show selection points for feet only, dash, defrost, etc, and all work as you would expect. I would expect similar controls on a Journey.

As for the ac condenser fan cycling, I believe that is normal. Vehicles now run the condenser with heat to dehumidify the air which helps to keep the glass fogging down.

Thanks for the replies, this confirms what I thought should be proper operation.
Mine is a new 2012 journey 36m.
I'll just add this to the punch list for warranty work when I take it back in.

erstanfo, Mine works fine and yes recycles also. Whwn you stop don't panic it drops a lot of condensation water on the ground making you think or passers-by that you have a water leak. I am impressed with the heater/ac it is the best dash unit that I have ever experienced for a MH. I hope you are enjoying your new unit.
