Journey 36M slide out rollers

Has anyone cleaned or replaced their forward (inside edge) slide out rollers?

What was the procedure?

Even though we vacuum and mop befor bringing in the slides they still have dirt/sand embedded on the rollers and tile floor is scratched.

We had our original rollers replaced at the factory in 2013, under warranty. They did leave scratches on the tile. The new rollers leave black marks, but don't seem to scratch the tiles any further.
