We have the model with the walk through bath. On each side is a sliding door for privacy from bedroom and main salon.

Three days ago the door on the galley side would not close, it only came out three inches. We tugged and jiggled, but no luck.

That night we came back to rig (we live full time while we build) we knew we had to get a deeper look. This meant taking the sliding pantry verticle door/drawer out.

Sherri was able to wiggle in and we saw that a screw holding up the track had dropped down in front of the rear set of wheels on the pocket door.

Almost impossible to get to, we were finally able to get it poked back up into the screw hole and the door came out.

After another hour of pokeing we got it to drop back a bit and I grabbed it with a needle nose pliers.

In post-mortem, we figured some factory worker did not have the correct torque setting on his screw gun. The screw stripped most of the threads but managed to pass inspection only to "attack" us years later.

What a drill...
Walt

I think screw guns should be removed from ALL factory workers.

And house framers should not be allowed to use nail guns. House we recently built had 27 nails in a 3' wide window sill. One door frame molding had 57 nails down one side....trying to pull it into position/
