I have a 2007 Winnebago Tour and my keyless module is in the cubbie right under the drivers seat. (left side, first compartment from the front).

There is a panel with a bunch of DC circuit breakers. You have to take that panel off and the keyless module is in the back of that compartment.

I know your Itasca Meridian is a slightly different model from my Tour but I figured it would maybe give you a place to start looking.

Good luck!

On our 2006 Meridian the module is under the instrument cowling in the upper left hand corner. Just remove the 5-7 screws that hold it down. Lift it up and there you go. Just follow the instructions in your manual.
