Folks, I don't about you but in today's world I get pretty distressed about customer service from various companies outsourcing their phone banks. Examples, a large discount travel reservation company that begins with an E. calls go to the Phillipines. I can not understand a word they say on the phone other than "Thank you". They thank you after anything you say. I will not use them again. I call another large company that outsources their calls to India. They use American names when they answer but you can not understand them. I get so frustrated by this. Then today I called Winnie with a question, not a problem. I get a guy who knows my answer, treats me with the utmost respect, offers some additional suggestions, very, very knowledgeable and speaks English. It is so great in todays world to have this kind of service. On every occasion I have called Winnie I get this wonderful service. So Winnie, thank you so much for not following some other companies. I wish you the best of success.

Yes, outsourcing their Customer Service to a foreign country is bad enough, but we have a local company here in Oklahoma that does nothing but answer the phone for other companies to take care of questions the caller has. When you ask a question they have to look it up in a manual or bring it up on their computer screen to see what answer to give you. Their job performance rating is based on how well they answer the incoming questions and that's why you can never get them to transfer you to a supervisor, it would be a direct reflection on them. The next time you have a CS representative on the phone and can't get a decent answer ask them if they are an employee of the company you are contacting or an employee of the Sykes Company.
Also, makes a person wonder when after reaching a company you always get an automated message stating "currently all representatives are busy waiting on other customers, one will be with you as soon as possible. Please stay on the line." Does every company have so many problems with their products that the Reps are always busy, or do they just have one Rep?
I agree, Winnebago usually always has someone answer the phone who knows the answer or will find it quickly.
