My Winne is out of warranty by a couple of years. I recently noticed something wrong with one if the large "W" decals, it looked like it had rust on it. After trying to scrub the "rust" off, I realized it was actually on the backside of the decal. I called Winnebago Customer service and explained my problem. They asked if I could send them photos and my phone number. I soon received a phone call and Winne agreed to send me new decals and pay the labor to have them replaced.

That is more than I expected and what I consider to be excellent customer service.

On the other hand, the 'R' on the 350 Horsepower decal on the back of my Itasca fell off. I have had the coach for 1 1/2 years (I bought it new). They would be happy to sell me the complete decal for $40 plus $20 shipping.

Just a thought but maybe you should have Wayne call them for you??

I need the "H" for Horsepower on my Itasca Horizon and I called and was quoted a price for the entire "Horsepower" decal. We need to get together and share the cost on these decal letters.

Eight more letters and we have this thing nailed. Anybody need a '350'?

Seriously, if we get a few more people, it may be affordable.

We were quoted $32.72 for part #1586210301A by Terry at Winnebago Customer Service. My RV is a 2006 Itasca Horizon and the logo is for a Cummins 400hp so we need to verify that it is the same logo, but I am game to share the cost with someone. I cannot imagine that shipping would be $20.00 because it is such a small logo. We didn't ask about the cost of shipping. Let me know if you're interested.
