2004 Sightseer. When pressing on/off button for levelers left rear light comes on and jack starts down(without selecting any down buttons), if left alone jack reaches limit,if stopped(power off button) pump shuts off. Panel butons are dead after power on again(except for all up)power on lite is on. Searched Kwikee web site & this forum & found fix to be disconnect harness from panel for approx. 1 minute re-connect & panel should work. Tried several times, with same results. Jack starts down etc... Any ideas.

Called "Kwikee" (Power Gear) help desk they returned call the next day, indicating that the control panel was bad & that it was still under warranty. The neccessary forms were emailed to me. I have returned the paperwork & am now waiting for a new control panel.

For anyone who is following this post:
After contacting the company at their help desk and explaining the problem & the trouble shooting that I completed.

The company said that it would send a replacement control panel.

Received a replacement Control Panel for "Kwikee" levelers free of charge.

Installed & operational check OK.

I'm glad to see that Kwikee responded well and your problem was solved.

When mine failed to operate at all, the panel reset (removing the power cable for a minute) worked fine and I've had no problems since.
