I have had to reset mine once by removing the panel and unplugging it.
Last year it failed completely and I had to replace it. Lichtsinn Motors got it from Winnebago for me. Winnebago & Itasca Motorhomes, Iowa RV Dealer - North Iowa GM Dealer - Lichtsinn Motors
It was expensive but I don't recall how much it was - close to $400 I think.

OUCH...$400! I have two disconnects that I use due to the fact that I can't afford to have any drain on the batteries while parked in a storage Yard where there is no electric. I do the disconnect switch for the house batteries, which is in the coach. I also do the disconnect for the engine batteries, which is located in the battery compartment. The coach came with a 10 watt solar panel to trickle charge. Some of the other coach owners at the storage yard told me to disconnect both to prevent battery drain. They had problems if they didn't. I sometimes wonder if this causes a memory loss in the Kwikee Panel, but I don't see any way around it. Now that I know how to reset it I am not so worried. I noticed emergency wires in back of the panel to lift the jacks if the panel fails, so that makes me feel a little better.
UPDATE: When I went to the storage yard today, I turned both disconnects on and the ignition key in acc. I removed the Kwikee Panel and disconnected all the wires for about one minute and put it back together and it appeared to reset. Then everything worked fine...no jack alarm or warning light! I have a funny feeling that I may be doing this reset procedure more often than I would like. You would think the panel should not go bad on a two year old coach. I did notice something funny on the back of the Kwikee Panel. There was an "X" marked on it in white. I wonder if this was a rebuilt or swapped panel?
The coach is now parked on the street in front of my home. It is plugged into a dedicated 50 AMP line that I just had put in. It ran $600, but I need it to cool the coach and get the fridge cold. The neighbors don't like the generator running. It will be about 106 here today. As soon as my wife gets home from work we are off for the weekend,
thanks to the help from you and this forum. I really appreciate the help. My DW would have been really upset if the weekend trip was ruined. She thinks that I should be able to fix anything on the coach so that it is not a "money Pit." Thanks, Joe
