Leaking 2000 Winnebago Minnie 24V

I have a 2000 Winnebago Minnie 24 foot. It has had a leak on the passenger side bunk (which I had repaired) but it also had a leak which was repaired prior to me purchasing as well. It needs replacement of the wall under the bunk and there is separation on the side wall almost up to the entrance door.

I am currently trying to determine approximately how much it would cost to repair and if it is worth it? I am not handy enough to do this myself so I will have to get someone to do the repair.

I love the motorhome and if I have to sell at a discount that will probably be it for my camping in a motorhome for awhile. I won't be able to afford to purchase another one. I purchased it for 20K four years ago and everything has been great and works great. It has all the featuresI want but if it becomes a money pit I am not interested.

Any wisdom would be appreciated.

I guess I would get a estimate and see if it is not as costly as you think. Maybe have somebody you know that is handy at that stuff take a look at it and maybe they could help you fix it. Always check and take care of the roof it is one of the most important things to keep a eye on. A little bit of prevention is worth 100 pounds of cure. Good luck. Jim
