I have noticed every once in a while a small trickle of water leaking into my sewer drain compartment coming from my shower stall. The caulking in the corner stall looks good but when I look under the stall through the vent that is in the base of the shower I can see a small amount of water along the outside wall of the coach which is adjacent to the wall of the shower that has the seat on it. Any suggestions???

Wait till dark. Turn on the shower light. Open the sewer drain compartment and look for light coming through where the water is coming down. If that doesn't show where the leak is, I'd consider recaulking the shower. Make sure to clean well so the new caulk seals well.

Is the seat built in or an after market that is installed to wall of shower. Could be they didn't put sealent on screws for mounting seat. While your down there tighten the trap pipe fittings make sure they are tight.
