Level best system operation

2008 Destination with Kwikee level best system. System does not try to level in either auto or manual modes. Use of auto mode only produces red/green flashing light and 5 beeps. Have verified wires to auto level sensor as good continuity and good pins. If jacks creep down, they can be retracted using the emergency retract jumper harness. I assume the pump and solenoid are okay since the emergency raise function turns on the pump, and raises jacks.
Have spoken to LCI, but not getting very far. Got a few documents, but no usable diagnostic guide for this problem.
Any body have this issue?

Have you checked the hydraulic fluid level in the tank? First thing I'd do. I use a turkey baster to add oil.

According to the Kwikee Level Best Manual if the led under the Auto Mode flashes red/green it is an indication that communications have been lost to the Auto Level Sensor.

It could be a bade level sensor. Where did you find the placement of the Auto Level Sensor?

p.s., I have had problems since 2010 with the Jacks Down Alarm coming on while drive. Winnebago and different repair facilities have not been able to fix that problem. I put a toggle switch in-line to the power going to the controller board and now when the jacks creep down I just throw the switch to silence the alarm.

There is a magnetic reed switch at the top of each jack. These are in series and when the jacks have all been retracted pin #6 on the harness should be shunted to ground.

Please let me/us know what you find.

Have you tried unplugging the 2 small wire connectors on the back of the control board? When mine failed (same coach, same jacks) to perform any function that is what I was told to do. Unplug both small connectors, wait 1 minute and then re plug them. See if that fixes the problem.

Fluid level good. Level sensor is in pass front box at top outside rear corner. LCI couldn't explain the five beeps.
Have unplugged the controller for an hour. No change. The flow charts found on this system make reference to "tip sheets" Anyone know what or where they are?

Been there done that. Thats about all lci offered. Those are the pubs that refer to the "Tip Sheets" but give no path to them.

Thanks for offering.
