Tuesday I parked the RV under it's shed and all worked fine. Today when I took it out to park it to put all the supplies back in it for a trip to Ga on Monday the levelers would not work. After 3 calls to the dealer we still can not get them to work. I have searched every place they told me and done everything they said. Still no power to the panel that controls them. Does anyone know where the panel gets it's power from. There are no blown fuses or circit breakers and everything else works fine. I hope someone knowss which panel and where it gets it's power.

Hi GL.

If you have the Kwikee jacks (as I do) I had the same problem. I went to the Kwikee website and found the solution. It's easy to fix!

Like all computers these days, sometimes they need to be rebooted. Just pull the 4 screws that hold the panel in place, pull the circuit board forward enough to reach the connectors behind, and disconnect them for one minute, then reconnect. Everything should work.

On mine, there are 3 connecors--I'm not sure which one is the power, so I just disconnected them all--they only go in one way, so you cannot put them back incorrectly.

Note, you have to pull forward both the touch pad, and then the circuit board behind that--don't just disconect the touch pad.

If you have any other questions PM me and I will walk you through it.

I did as you said but left it unplugged for a quick visit to the Dr for blood work. When I came back I plugged it all in and when I turned the key on it lit up and all works. Thanks for your assistance and now to get it loaded and flushed out for water, Wifes job to get the clothes in there but she has granddaughter(one today) so it will be double duty. Thanks again. These forums are great when you need assistance
