Lift bed problems

Don't get me wrong, I love my 2016 QL, but I have had to replace the bed lift motor twice in 10 months. We don't raise or lower the bed when we are on it. We keep the air "pressure" in the mattress below 25 when adjusting the bed. We even get the dogs off the bed when we move it, but have had this issue since it was new (i.e. after our first night out, the bed would not raise, so we could not move the slid and were stuck until we got assistance).
If you have had issues, what have you done to resolve them? It's a heavy bed, and lifting/resetting the motor is a two-person job. But, so, far pushing the reset button until it "blinks" has worked, but that is only temporary.

Had the same problem. The dealership changed the relay and motor. No problem since, but it is still not a smooth operation. The bed Jenks when you lower it, but runs smooth when raising it.

I g ook the relay switch and mounted it to the outside of the bed so if I ever need to reset it again I have easy access to it.

I feel it's just a matter of time before it craps out again.

I like the idea of moving the reset button, and will look into that. The bed is so heavy to lift! Thanks.
