Lippert Bed Lift

Has anyone else had a problem with this setup? Mine works but when I engage the switch with the bed down, it will come up about a inch and stop. The only way to get it to move again is to lift up on the head of the bed. Then it's fine all the way up.
Any advice? I think it may be a bad motor.

I called them. The tree next to my RV could have given me more info than the "Tech"
