Lippert levelers/jacks

We have a 2015 Adventurer 38Q. 4k miles.

Does any other Winnebago owner with Lippert jacks have a problem with their jacks creaking and jolting (dropping slightly) after being supportive of the coach for 2-3+ days?

Coach is not "off" the ground.

The resident Lippert rep at the Winnebago factory said the addition of anti-stiction fluid would not work, even though Lippert has issued a technical bulletin on the subject.

Anyone have, or been informed of, another solution?

Thanks in advance.

itsagoodlife I added the anti-stiction fluid and it does seam to help. Ours did it mostly when it was cold.

So what does the Lippert rep say to do? My jacks "pop" after sitting for a day or so depending on temp...seems to happen more often with warmer weather.

No solution from the Winnebago factory or the Lippert rep. It apparently is an unsolvable problem???? We had to leave the factory after being there for 5 days on this and other issues.

Whatever the factory did regarding the jacks didn't solve the problem. My comment above is what I got after calling the factory back after we left.

The factory told me to take the coach to an authorized Winnebago dealer when we returned home to see if they could fix the issue. I'm frustrated! Therefore the reason for my post here on the forum.

Surely there is some fix; I can't figure it out.

Wow!! Forest City told you to bring it to a dealer when they could not solve the issue!! (Mod edit) So you were there for 5 days? Were you waiting for service or it took that long to get your issues resolved? I guess some of your issues....

I have been told that many of the leveling jack systems on the market are made by Lippert - I have no idea if that is the case, but it sounds reasonable. Mine are supposed to be Kwikee.

In that light, I have a 2008 Winnebago Destination. I have had jack problems since 2011 when I went to the Winnebago factory because the Jack down alarm would come on going down the highway. I spent 10 days there - and I will not go into detail now - but they could not fix the problem. I was also told to take it to my local service dealer when I got back home and they would cover it under warranty. Three (yes 3) years later and many, many trips to the dealer and them to my MH in storage they replaced all 4 reed switches and the jacks down alarm worked as it was supposed to.

Move forward a few months, I have the same slow leak down that was mentioned in the OP. The pump assembly and all solenoids have been replaced. Three of the 4 jacks have been replaced. The saga continues. Stay tuned, one day someone will be able to get it right. Oh, I don't use the dealer I purchased it from anymore. Takes them to long to even begin working on it, let alone be able to fix it.

My new service manager doesn't understand why Winnebago stopped using HWH as their leveling system.

How many more Winnebago users have unsolvable jack problems. Just curious.

p.s., Kwikee told the local dealer to just start replacing items! Hmm!
