I found it as you said under the bed above the engine. The fuse for the running light was broken but the fuse for the stop lights was OK but I replaced it anyway. Come to fine out I do not have brake lights on the motorhome. I have the same model as you would you know where the fuse is for the brake lights on the motorhome. I looked in the front but all there is not fuse but a stop relay. I changed that but still no brake lights. Any ideas on this?l 2003 Journey DL 36Ft. It is Model P36GD. All I need is a few more answers and I should be good to go. Of course if anyone else has any idea as to the fix please let me know.

Sorry I never had the problem so I never looked. I’m glad you found the fuse box , for some reason they put them there in that model and everyone kept telling me the side panels. ( there were none ). I found them by luck as I was looking at the engine.
Good luck!

Scott I had a unit just like the one the op has and the photos in the link look nothing like my ( or his coach ) the electrical bay doesn’t exist. At least not as your photos show For some reason they spread those fuses in several different places on the 34’ dL This is the same problem I had , when I asked and looked into this a many years ago.

Thanks for backing me up I still can not find the fuse for my break lights on the motorhome. I think it may be the brake light switch on the brake peddle. I am taking it to an expert on XC Freightliner chassis.

Good luck .. I never had a brake light problem thankfully, and never went looking for it in the 3 years we owned it. The coach treated us well but the layout is definitely different than other larger journeys. Even the techs were a little confused.
