Wayne your not alone. I have been locked out but luckily the wifey had her set of keys with her. Now I keep a key in a compartment.

We got locked in our rig a week after buying it. Our friends came over to see it and he pushed the elect lock button by the side door. The elect locks locked and wouldn't unlock. Not with the remote nor the button again. The push down button wouldn't go up because the elect ram was pushing it locked. Had to call someone to come over and get a ladder so we could climb out the window. After calling Iowa, thay said to force the button up. I did and the door pushed open. I removed the ram and i'm waiting for the parts to come in to fix it.

We did the same thing. Checked my pocket, felt keys I thought were the RV keys, but they were the toad's as the door locked. Knocked on two doors of Winnie owners, second one's key fit my door. Got one hid now. Good thing Winnie only use 3-5 different keys.

You are also lucky you didnt double lock the door as that second lock is much more secure.
