After reading a couple of posts here about not being able to keep the chassis batteries charged, and that the shore power does not charge the chassis batteries when plugged in, I thought I would buy and install a Trik-L-Charge to keep the Chassis battery up. However, I did notice that when checking my battery monitor panel while dry camping, my chassis batteries and house batteries seemed to have the same voltage after running the generator. I checked the battery panel, but saw no evidence of any kind of charger system.

Then a few days ago I had a reason to open the 12 volt access panel in the front end, right above the generator. There staring me in the face is the Trik-L-Charger mounted on the wall

I was surprised to say the least, but glad that Winnebago included the charger with the coach. I also noticed the under the Trik-L-Charge name on the label was the words "Winnebago Industries". I guess the Winne makes the Trik-L-Charge?

Anyway I'm glad it's there, and it works!
