Looking for ideas to protect our heads

On a 2011, and I assume other years, there is a cabinet above the passenger's seat that holds satellite equipment.

While camped with slides out both of us tend to lean over the back of the passenger seat to do something. Every now and then we stand up straight and bang our head off the cabinet, and it hurts.

Has anyone with a QD come up with some type of protection devise to save our poor heads?

I know what you mean, I use pool float tubes on my slides maybe you could use pipe insulation on the edges

Here is a novel idea. Get yourself some foam about 1/2 to 1" thick and cut it to size of the bottom of the cabinet. Then get yourself some of the Either Hook Loop of the all plastic type hook loop and attach some pieces to the under side of the cabinet and to one side of the foam. Now you can attach the foam to the under side of the cabinet when you are using the chairs and yo can then remove the foam when you want too so it doesn't look so bad.
