Check valve(s) on water heater
Good chance it is the one n HOT outlet that has failed...
Could be the one in COLD inlet but less likely
Pop open the T&P Relief Valve and see if water flows out
NO water.then COLD Inlet check valve
YES water ... then HOT Outlet check valve
CAUTION: Water could be VERY HOT coming out of T&P

I did what you said, I got warm water coming out.. so I'm guessing is Hot water outlet check valve... now I have to locate where is the check valve... picture is the piping out of my water heater in the back from inside the coach.. I see block valves but no check valves..[emoji848]

From the piping diagram circled are the two check valves top is hot and bottom is cold water. And don't they always put the check valves at nozzle of the water heater inlet and outlet....?

The hot water outlet is at the top of the heater, on the right. The check valve is screwed directly to the outlet. The white plastic elbow is screwed to that.
The check valve looks like a brass pipe nipple, only a little larger in diameter.
You can get rid of that check valve, and the one in the inlet, by modifying the bypass piping. At "Old-Biscuit's" urging I did just that on my coach. No more worries about the check valves failing.

That what I thought but if there is way to remove it..one less thing to worry about.... is it possible to send me a pic of your piping...?

I don't have a picture of my coach's re-worked piping. But, here is a link to an iRV2 post with a picture. It's a different manufacturer's water heater, but that doesn't matter. The three-valve system is the same.

Good input. But, even though the pressure valve squirts then stops, I decided to drain it. When I tried to rinse by closing pressure valve and turned on the water, water just trickled out leading me to suspect the water in valve. Any wisdom??
